This is a simple, yet elegant and classy round plate (φ16cm) of blue and white porcelain. Blue and white  porcelain is a type of white porcelain that is colored pale blue by trace amounts of iron in the glaze. This piece is made from Amakusa pottery stone, the world's finest pottery stone, and each piece is carefully turned on a potter's wheel and handcrafted. There is a shallow depression in the center of the plate that is invisible to the naked eye, so you can serve dishes with a lot of moisture without any problems.
