About the product

Q. I want to know the stock status.

Please contact us with the product name and quantity you are considering. We will check the latest stock status and delivery date.

Q. There is a difference between the actual product size and the size listed on the page.

Although we strive to provide accurate size information, size measurements are based on the actual size of the measurement sample. Therefore, there may be slight differences between the product you receive and the stated dimensions. In addition, since each item is handmade, there may be slight variations, and the tolerance for error is approximately -2cm to +2cm. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

About your order

Q. Can I place an order by phone or fax?

We do not accept orders by phone or fax. Orders can only be made through the online shop.

Q. I entered my name and address incorrectly.

Please let us know your corrections using the contact form. Please note that we may inquire about the information you entered when placing your order to confirm your identity.

Q. Can I check the details of my order?

After logging in, you can check your order history from My Page.

Q. I didn't receive an email after placing my order.

Possible reasons are as follows. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check again.
①Due to the settings of your provider or security software, the email is sorted into the junk folder or trash.
*If you use "Gmail", our emails may be automatically sorted into a "Promotions" folder that is separate from your inbox. Please check that as well.
② If you registered using your mobile phone's email address, the email may have been discarded due to overload capacity or settings to refuse to receive email from your computer. There is also the possibility of an email error due to an incorrect address, domain settings, etc.

Q. I would like to combine two or more orders.

We will do our best to accommodate your wishes. Please contact us using the contact form. If shipping arrangements have already been made and the procedures cannot be completed in time, we may not be able to fulfill your request.

Q. I want a receipt/statement of delivery

Customers who wish to receive a receipt or delivery note can print it themselves from the order completion screen, order confirmation email, or order history on My Page.

About large orders

Q. I would like to purchase in large quantities, do you have any in stock?

Please contact us as the shipping date may vary depending on the product's stock status.

Q. Is an installment purchase possible?

Payment in installments by credit card is not available. Only one-time payment is available.

About shipping

Q. How much is the shipping cost?

Domestic shipping is a flat rate of 1,100 yen (tax included) nationwide, and domestic shipping is free for orders over 30,000 yen (tax included).

Q. Can I specify the delivery date and time?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are currently unable to specify delivery dates and times. We apologize for the inconvenience, but the "Product Shipping Notification" email that will be sent to you when the shipment is complete will contain information about your package, so please check directly with the delivery company.

Q. When is the shipping date?

We usually ship within 3 business days from the date of your order. Due to a high volume of orders, such as after long holidays, you may be kept waiting. We apologize in advance for your understanding.

Q. I would like to know the delivery status of the ordered item.

For detailed delivery dates, we will notify you of the tracking number after shipping, so you can check it on each company's website.

Q. Can you provide gift boxes and noshi?

This is available for a fee (it may take a few days to make arrangements), so please feel free to contact us.

Q. I would like to include cards and photos that I prepared myself.

Of course, we can combine the items as long as they are delivered to our store before shipping. Please feel free to contact us.

About returns and exchanges

Q. I would like to return or exchange.

If you would like to return the item due to customer's convenience, please contact us within 7 days from the date of arrival.
In the case of a return, all shipping and handling charges will be borne by the customer.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
①Products that have been delivered for more than 8 days ②Products that have been used once by the customer ③Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer ④If the product box, manual, etc. has been soiled, damaged, lost, or discarded ⑤ Custom-made products and made-to-order products

Regarding product defects

Q. I would like the product I purchased from an online shop to be repaired.

As long as you know, please let us know the name of the product, date of order, period of use, and the location and condition of the item you would like repaired. After confirming with the artist/craftsman, we will provide further guidance. Please note that we may refuse your order depending on the condition of the product or the presence or absence of parts. Q. There are traces of tape removal on the outer box of the product.Is this a returned product or a display item?

We inspect the products before shipping them to our customers. At that time, we will open the outer box once to remove the product. Once the inspection is complete, we will close the seal again, but there may still be traces of the tape being removed or signs of opening the package. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
