This piece is a masterpiece molded on a pottery wheel by Yuki Inoue. The “glaze droplet” technique, in which a brush soaked in a generous amount of glaze is moved in a waving motion, and the resulting drops are used to paint with the droplets, is attractive. Because dynamic designs are created by chance, no two pieces are the same. The size is approximately 6 cm (18 cm), so it is a medium plate, so it can be used not only as a cake plate, but also as a one-plate plate, and is the perfect size for serving side dishes.
