New arrivals and restocking will be notified by mail magazine on a priority basis.
In Karatsu ware, there is a type of glaze that is intentionally penetrated, called jakatsuyu. The appearance of the intrusion resembles the epidermis of a snake or scorpion, so it came to be called serpentine.
This work is a mukozuke in the form that is often used in kappo, kaiseki, and Japanese restaurants. The dining table will look even more prestigious. You can top it with aemono or simmered dishes, but it's also perfect for sashimi. Karatsu ware has the property of maintaining its temperature, so if you keep the plate cold, you can enjoy the fresh sashimi. This piece is not only outstanding in design, but also in functionality.
