The popular mug series is back in stock. This mug is attractive for its deep blue color and Tenmoku pattern, which expresses the world of mystery. It is painted using a technique called "Yuteki", in which a brush soaked in plenty of glaze is moved in a shaking motion to paint with drops. The dynamic design is created by chance, so no two pieces are the same. The same design is also applied to the inside of the cup. The soft, deep curves are beautiful, and the moist feel of porcelain when held in the hand is also excellent. This work is made from the world's finest pottery stone, "Amakusa pottery stone", and is a masterpiece formed on a potter's wheel by Yuki Inoue. It holds a generous 250ml and is recommended for cafe au lait and soups.
