This work is based on the ``compura bottle,'' which was produced in Hasami, Nagasaki in the first half of the 17th century to export soy sauce overseas, and has been adapted to fit modern life. The body is coated with glossy clay, and the letters are painted with red paint, the traditional color of Arita ware. It's cute to display as is, but it can also be used as a single flower vase. The words "NEW FACE" and "POPTONES" are written on the body (no particular meaning).
