A sake cup made from rare clay from the Kitahata district of Karatsu City, the birthplace of Karatsu ware. It is baked to a reddish color, and one of the highlights is the clay around the foot ring of the cup and the unique clay taste of Karatsu ware. It is slightly smaller than Mr. Kojima's previous works, making it easier for women to handle. The more you use a sake cup, the more its flavor will change. Enjoy the process of growing and changing.
Karatsu ware has a rough base, so sudden temperature changes can cause it to crack and break. Avoid using microwaves and dishwashers as they can also damage the dishes.
